Thank you for taking the quiz! I think we can agree that quizzes are fun, right? However, as a designer I have learned that most people can not be put in an exact “style box”. I love working with clients to dive deep and figure out all the little things that add up to create their unique style. So, maybe the style results below are totally you but chances are you like some of it but maybe not all of it. My goal as a designer is to sort through all your options and create a look that feels just like you!

If Vintage Modern Cottage is your style mix: It is likely that the exterior of your ideal home has some Craftman or traditional elements and probably a welcoming front porch. A white picket fence says “welcome”. You want the interior and exterior to feel updated and fresh while still having warmth and an inviting feeling for your friends and family. You love a balance of cottage and modern. Comfort is key. A relaxing sofa and a reading nook calls your name. A Vintage Modern Cottage Mix sets it self apart from Farmhouse by adding a touch more charm and layers – mixing in treasured family heirlooms and touches of feminine details (maybe a little floral) and a nice mix of furniture with curves and without. The mix is interesting and sometimes uses popes of black, a random modern chair, a B/W photograph, a gallery wall…to keep the look from going too old fashioned. The perfect mix of old and new. Garden elements are added with cut flowers in vases and pots of orhids on the entry table. Natural light steams in and simple linen curtains frame the view to your herb garden. To you, life is about the comforts of home!
