Hi! I’m Claudia Hardy — virtual interior designer and founder of Nest Obsessed.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and have helped homeowners across the USA transform their spaces using online design tools. I specialize in taking scattered ideas — Pinterest boards, photos, style words — and turning them into practical, beautiful, personalized design plans.
My process works for clients who:
- want expert guidance without traditional designer pricing
- want to be involved but need structure
- prefer to shop and implement at their own pace
I grew up in a family of artists and creativity was encouraged, my bedroom was my laboratory. I can still remember at age 8, the thrill of picking out my new wall to wall carpeting, a beautiful pink and white shag…don’t laugh:) this was very “in style” back in the day.
I also carefully chose the paint color for my walls and the new bedding. I would spend hours in my room, moving furniture around and trying new layouts. Decorating was my thing before I even knew that it could be a career.
Interior design is what I love to do, even in my time off. Pinterest, Instagram, design magazines, design blogs, these are my addictions…I am Nest Obsessed!
We have two adorable, very fluffy, indoor cats. I love to cook and eat healthy food, but occasionally I also love not-so-healthy-traditional-southern-fare, like ham biscuits and BBQ. Oh, and I will never be too full for ice cream.
Interior Design is My Passion.
I truly enjoy helping homeowners (like you) create the dream spaces that they see in their head and online and bring them to life. I am excited that eDesign enables me to help more people create beautiful spaces. Interior design is my passion, hence the name, Nest Obsessed.
