Thank you for taking the quiz! I think we can agree that quizzes are fun, right? However, as a designer I have learned that most people can not be put in an exact “style box”. I love working with clients to dive deep and figure out all the little things that add up to create their unique style. So, maybe the style results below are totally you but chances are you like some of it but maybe not all of it. My goal as a designer is to sort through all your options and create a look that feels just like you!

If Vintage Modern Natural is your style mix: Your style has a relaxed feel that mixes clean lined antiques with modern elements with an emphasis on botanical, earthy and natural details. Interesting but subtle and calm. Your home relates to the earth and has a sense of history and is not fussy or sparkly. You want your home to be approachable and have an indoor-outdoor feel. Although there is a certain feel of sophistication to your style, nothing is too precious and going barefoot seems appropriate. The palette is typically neutral with whites, creams with wood tones mixed. There is usually a layering of textures and it would be appropriate to see a patterned -handmade tile as part of the design. If there is color it relates to the earth and sea: tans, browns, golds, greens and blues. Textures of worn leather, wrought iron, aged brass, linen, animal furs (real and faux), cleanable velvets, stucco, stone and rustic woods. The wood tones can run dark or light but the overall feel authentic. The vintage elements are typically 1950s-1970s and if older are often re-interpreted in a fresh way through finish or fabric. Artwork is often graphic as in a traditional black and white silhouette or it could be a faded landscape painting, a botanical or a historical portrait. Faded, moody, earthy elements give life to the rooms. Sisal rugs, baskets, plants, pottery, stone urns and garden statuary. You want to live a real life in your home and imperfections are okay. Your style vibe is down to earth!
